1. Introduction

Welcome to Linkorio. By accessing or using our website and link analytics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Linkorio to:

• Create links to malicious, illegal, or scam websites.
• Distribute spam or engage in phishing activities.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity or security of our platform.

Note: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy without prior notice.

4. Store Platform Integrations & Data Processing

If you connect a third-party commerce platform (such as Shopify or WooCommerce) to Linkorio, you authorize Linkorio to act as a data processor on your behalf, solely for the purpose of matching your store's orders to the Linkorio links that drove them ("Attribution Processing").

• We process only the order identifier, total amount, currency, and landing page URL for each order — we do not read, use, or store your customers' names, email addresses, phone numbers, or shipping/billing addresses, even where our platform access technically permits it.
• This data is used exclusively for Attribution Processing and is never sold, shared with third parties for their own purposes, or used for any unrelated purpose.
• Attribution data tied to a connected store is deleted when you disconnect that store or uninstall the Linkorio app, consistent with the data erasure webhooks each platform requires us to support.
• You are responsible for ensuring your own privacy policy and customer disclosures account for sharing order data with Linkorio for this purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Linkorio and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Linkorio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
