Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") supplements the Linkorio Terms of Service. By using Linkorio to process personal data, you enter into this DPA on behalf of your organization.

1. Roles and Scope

• Roles: For the purposes of this agreement, the Customer (you) is the Data Controller, and Linkorio is the Data Processor processing data on your behalf.
• Nature of Processing: Linkorio processes data to provide link tracking, analytics, and redirection services as described in our Terms of Service.
• Types of Data: End-user IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, referring URLs, and approximate geographic location data.

2. Processing of Personal Data

Linkorio will only process Personal Data in accordance with your documented instructions (which includes providing our core analytics service). We will not sell, retain, use, or disclose Personal Data for any purpose other than providing the Linkorio service to you.

3. Subprocessors

You authorize Linkorio to engage third-party Subprocessors to assist in providing the service (e.g., cloud hosting providers, database providers).

We will impose data protection terms on our Subprocessors that provide at least the same level of protection as those in this DPA. We will provide notice of any new Subprocessors before authorizing them to process your Personal Data.

4. Security Measures

Linkorio implements and maintains appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, theft, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include encryption in transit, secure database configurations, and strict access controls.

5. Personal Data Breaches

If we become aware of a confirmed Personal Data Breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay (and generally within 48 hours). We will provide you with sufficient information to allow you to meet any obligations to report a data breach to supervisory authorities or data subjects under applicable law.

6. Data Subject Rights

Linkorio will, to the extent legally permitted, promptly notify you if we receive a request from a Data Subject to exercise their rights (such as access, deletion, or modification) regarding their Personal Data. We will not respond to the request directly unless authorized by you, but we will assist you in fulfilling the request via our platform's tools.

7. Deletion of Data

Upon termination or expiration of your Linkorio account, or upon your written request, we will delete or return all Personal Data in our possession or control, unless applicable laws require the continued storage of such data.
